Help getting the carb off my Dinli 450cc

hey everyone. does anyone have any idea / instructions how to remove the carb on my Dinli 450 (901 / 904). its running rough and at idle it slowly starts to die out. only started happening overnight which was wierd.

Es 500 brakes

Any suggestions I have a es 500 it rides fine but every so often the brakes have started bind jacked it up after riding it and front & rear brakes were binding left it to cool down checked it again it was back to normal.

(500es) when pressing the starter button on the handlebars the quad makes a clicking sound under the seat
after pressing the starter a number of times it the starts up could that be a faulty stater relay.

Quadzilla RS6 Tyre pressure and what road tyres?

Have mislead the handbook/manual/instructions for my RS6.
Can anyone tell me the correct tyre pressure I should be running the standard chunky tyres at?

And now that I use my Quad for road use only (don't off road any more) I was thinking of putting a smoother, fast tyre on. Can anyone advise me on what would be best to fit.

Grizzly 700 small issue. Clutch? Fueling?

I'm in need of some help from someone who knows grizzly 700's. The quad seams to hesitate when you Rev it to pull away, has 25x10 gorilla silverback x lite tyres on it so not massive. I was thinking clutch issue but my mate has same size tyres and his throttle response when taking off is very nippy where as mines lags a bit. If the bike had an old carb I would have said a sticky jet or needle but I'm not sure how the FI system works on the 700. Thanks in advance

Apache RLX 100 Struggle to Start - Won't idle post piston change

Hey,

I bought a cheapish Apache ZX100 (RLX100 but has reverse :confused1:) with a damaged gearbox, with the intention of rebuilding the gearbox and using the quad to pull the kids on the sledges when or if it snows :001_rolleyes:

I bought the quad, and it fired up straight away pretty much so switched it off... in the space of a few months I changed the piston (as a precaution and bits are pennies) and rebuilt the gearbox (crappy reverse gearbox, had to get a shaft machined as the useless Apache dealer couldn't help me...) fast forward to me trying to start it up... I can only get it to start with a bit of easy start and it will only stay running with rev's and won't idle even when allowed to get upto temperature.

Any idea's what it could be? Pulled the plug was black but wasn't wet and oily, I blanked of the oil injection and opted for premix but as didn't have a flywheel puller left the oil injection system on and bunged the pipe's on the pump & carb.

I changed the piston and ring for an identical kit (eBay special) and also spark plug, I've used decent putoline 2 stroke at 25:1 premix initially.

Any idea's the only thing I'm thinking is air ingress either crank shaft seal or intake/reed valve which I will check once I get chance (currently on nights)

Thinking of coming back to a quad

Evening all,

Rewind to 2010, I bought a new Yamaha Raptor 350. Had it a couple of years. Great fun and loved it.

Things moved on and Im in a position to think about another toy and contemplating a return to Yamaha, this time only 700 Raptor. 07/08 onwards depending on price.

Been out of the scene for ages, so any tips, hints and advice much welcome.

Hi all, I'm looking for some second hand tyres for a trailer I'm building. The rims are 10x5AT and I'm reliably informed that I require 21x7x10 tyres..........anyone got a couple???? They really don't require tread as they will never touch a road!! TIA (hopefully)
